HOW OFTEN DO YOU ADD NEW ITEMS?
- new arrivals are posted every friday at 12PM (central).
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
- we do not accept returns or exchanges, but we want you to be happy with your purchase! please do not hesitate to reach out before placing an order if you have any questions regarding sizing or the condition of a particular item. we are happy to send additional photos and measurements.
please also keep in mind that our pieces are pre-loved and may show signs of wear or slight imperfections. with that being said, we take great care in inspecting each item before listing it for sale. any signs of major wear will be noted in the product description box next to the item. rest assured that all pieces are washed, steamed, and/or dry cleaned before they arrive at your door.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
- all orders will be shipped within 2-10 days of purchase via USPS. this gives us enough time to drop your items off at the tailor and/or dry cleaners. you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information once the order has been shipped. you should expect domestic packages to arrive within 2-5 days of shipment. all international packages are sent using first class mail (unless DHL is requested) and will typically arrive in 7-10 business days. however, depending on customs it can take up to 30 days to arrive. please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in item price or shipping charges for international orders. these charges vary from country to country and are the buyer's responsibility. please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

- our vintage and pre-loved pieces are sourced from various thrift stores, estate sales, and consignment shops across the US.
